FL resizing...how many thousandths shoulder bump to FL resize the case?

When I reload for my Garands, I F/L size to SAAMI minimum @ 2.049" which is the "0" on my RCBS Precision Mic gauge. I want 100% chambering reliability.

From fired I bump .003 to .005 or there abouts on mine.

I try to keep it to the .003 side.

Using a Dillon they generally fall +/- 0 on my RCBS precision mic.

Never had a chamber issue.
