What is it that you are wanting to have done?
I have used Shuff's parkerizing and can recommend them. I had them refinish the metal on a late WWII Garand and was very happy with the outcome.

OP, what exactly do you need as Garand Restoration and original parts can be found in a variety of places but my start is dupagetrading as you can send in what parts you have and they will swap for the parts you need. you can have stocks refinished or buy stocks per inventory.
