M1903 gunsmith recommendations

Are there any gunsmiths out there that "specialize" in M1903's? Please let me know who you go to. I'm thinking of having some work done and I may go local but if there's someone out there that's reputable i'll probably look into them. I'm looking for general restoration and accurizing.

My smith is probably one of the best in the nation on 03's.

He built the 100 year anniversary Springfield ....

Are you talking about orginal USGI "as issued" restorations or sporterizing.

If the former check out CMP Forums and ask them, can't find better info on Springfields.

Er standbye...

I should have mentioned my smith does em both...knows the system - has PATENTED a 3 position safety for the 1903A3....

This is my 03 Modified - he was instrumental in correcting the sights..
