Apparently they have these available $8810 for the complete rig. Am I missing something, or is this a legit way a civilian can get one?

PS not that I have the money, but it seems kinda cheap.

Well I may have answered my own question. I went to the direct link when I did my search, but it looks like it is in the LE only section (under the Women's Dept...lol)

You can still buy them, maybe they are holding them for LE only, nothing restrictive about the M24, NWA Tactical and others have them too.
