Movie Theater M40A1 porn on Jarhead

I can't believe I've never seen this movie until tonight. Wow what an awesome movie. I gave it 5 stars on Netflix.

I especially liked the rather gratuitous M40A1 porn. Did anyone catch the USO MST-100 scope he was using? I'm not financially privileged enough to ever get to fondle one, but is the one in the movie spot on for a movie prop or is it the real thing?

I kinda wondered when he dialed in his 500m shot towards the end what setting he had the scope on, but I've never gotten hands on one to know. Mildots look spot on though.

I will have to check it out also. The way I see it is there is no way they could have messed up a shooting scene anymore than the Hurt Locker.

I worked with the gentleman who was the military consultant on Jarhead, Master Sgt Tom Minder, he said that they were real.

Watched jarhead again two days ago, not only did he use an accurate M40 A1 with optic, he carried it in a genuine Eagle drag bag.
