M4E1 BA barrel

Hey everyone. New to the forum. I'm sure the question has been asked several times, but havent seen an answer. I'm getting a Aero Precision M4E1 complete upper on Monday. It's a ballistic advantage barrel with a 1/7 twist. I want to actually test the accuracy with my 4-12x40mm Nikon, before I put a X3 Burris on it. Any suggestions on what kind of ammo this barrel likes for accuracy? Also, what is a fairly accuracte plinking ammo? Thanks everyone!

I personally like the Magtech 77gr OTM and Hornady Frontier 75gr BTHP. The IMI 77gr OTM is even hotter, but less accurate in my guns...

Thanks! Appriciate it. I was looking at hornady frontier as well as some gorilla 69gr SMK. Ammo is non existant right now...and I'm in upstate NY, which makes everything 10 times more difficult, due to the safe act. I gotta get out of this state haha.
