No,the AR10 Gen 2 magazines have a full length rib that runs up the back of the mag and the front lacks the square hole to engage the Op rod spring guide. A Gen 2 AR10 mag can be inserted into an M14, but it will not lock into place. The Gen 1 mags which are built on M14 mag bodies will still fit and function in an M14. However, the Gen 1 followers won't engage the M14 bolt lock.
