Where is the best place to find aftermarket parts for my Rem 700 .308? More importantly a magazine conversion kit?

The easiest for the Rem 700 is the HS Precision Bottom Metal & detachable mags -- especially if you're running an HS stock. You get new bottom metal & either 5 or 10 round mags and they drop right in (very little modification required, if any). I've had mine for a few years now & I'm very happy with it.
They're usually available from Midway USA.

Be a little more descriptive about what you're trying to accomplish and you'll get better answers.
Trying to add DM to a hunting rifle, the HS is a good bet.
Tactical rifle, then AICS mags are more readily available than HS. Bottom metal made by Surgeon, Badger, APA, Seekins, HateCA, Skunkworks, CDI and others will all work but will require some extra inletting.
