Gunsmithing Magazine Locking Issue Manners Tikka Minichassis

UPDATE 2/25 - Tom got me out a shorter mag catch lickity split. After installed the issue has been resolved and my mags work reliably.

I am experiencing issues with Accurate AICS style magazines locking in a Manners stock with the minichassis system. The action I am using is a standard Tikka T3 (not CTR or T3x) action.

Out of 4 of the magazines I have

- 1 magazine functions the way it should.

- 2 of the magazines will will lock but then when I try to release the magazine the mag release will not move unless I loosen the action screws and then I can release the magazine.

- 1 magazine will go as far as I can push it but it never catches.

Feels like this may just be a small filing job but wanted to actually check with those with experience before going to town on anything.

Anyone with stock fitment experience that can point me in the right direction? Is this issue the magazines, the magazine catch in the minichassis or could it be the Tikka action?

UPDATE Spoke with Tom and he is going to send me a shorter mag catch.

Yes they just recently sent mine back to me with a new MC and I had to have my buddy shorten mine to catch mags.
