Magneto speed target hit indicator

Have you guys had good luck leaving these Mounted to targets for a couple weeks at a time?

Worried it might get water in it mounted vertical. Thanks

I take a class every year in upstate NY and the owner of the school uses these on his long range (>1,000 yards) targets and he leaves them up all year and they have proven really reliable
