magnetospeed for archery

I dont have a magnetospeed yet but I was wondering if I could also use it to chrono my bow. Maybe there could be a way for mounting it to the riser?
I use carbon arrows so I am not sure if it would register them or maybe there would be issues given the lower velocity.

I don't have one, but I believe I read here that it uses the sound from the muzzle blast to activate/initiate the readings.
