Magnum primers in 260 Rem or 6.5 CM

I've used Fed 210 primers for a while but have been unable to get any lately, however I did get 1000 215s. any of you guys have experience with a proven load with large rifle primers and changing to magnum primers? What adjustment should I make to the amount of powder used? If I go with the same load how much will pressure and velocity increase?

I have used magnum primers in 6.5CM. General rule of thumb is reduce by 10%.
