MagPul CTR stock question.. Com or Mil-spec?

Is there a way to tell if a MagPul CTR is commercial or Mil-spec by looking at it, markings??????? I purchased a used Mil-spec CTR and installed it on a Mil-spec tube and it is sloppy even when locked down. I have never had this problem with any CTR in the past. Would a commercial CTR be loose on a Mil-spec tube?

The extra rubber pad on the back is a sign on the commercial CTR. I picked up a commercial CTR for my mil spec tube by mistake there is a bit a back and forth play when not locked down but it does lock pretty tight with the lever up.

It has the extra rubber pad.

If it has the extra pad, based off of the MAGPUL site it is a commercial CTR. The extra pad could have be added after but who knows. Check it out.

A commercial CTR would probably be loose.

A milspec receiver extension is slightly smaller in diameter.

You've got a commercial. No way the stock would be loose with it locked up. It really not even very loose with its not locked.
