Anybody here have one?

I'm considering getting one. The stock I'm currently running won't rest (not very well anyway) on a rear bag and I would like that option... The adjustment sure likes nice too.

Worth the dough?

I have several. One thing that I would suggest adding is a bag rider if you shoot prone. However, MagPul doesn't make one.

I got my bag rider from MDT. I got the one that is attached with the M-lok nuts.

The two bottom rifles have the MDT bag rider.

Would you still recommend a bag rider for shooting off a bench?

I've tried and tried and tried to get halfway comfortable while shooting prone... And end up with my neck jacked up for a week afterwards.

I don't know about the bag rider and bench shooting. My suggestion would be to try it without the bag rider first then decide on the purchase afterwards.

Maybe you would want to try it out on a bench by dry firing to prevent any wasting of ammunition due to today's prices. You might be able to make a decision before actually firing any ammo.

All I know is that it made a world of difference for me when shooting prone with a rear bag. Some other prone shooters at the range commented on the lack of a bag rider for the PRS stock and showed an interest the MDT offering.

I use this for my rear bag, most of the time, for prone and bench shooting.
