Magpul PRS Gen III

Has anyone swapped out the factory but stock for Magpul prs genIII? Good or bad? Would like feedback before I try it.

I put one on my SPR build. I've only used it a few times, but I like it. Its heavy, seems well made. Easy to install, feels very solid on the rifle.

It’s a great stock. Some people don’t like it as it can make length of pull longer than what people like.

That's where I'm stuck, I'd love to like it but I can't use the darn thing. I'd like to see them make a carbine buffer tube version like Luth has.

Has anyone replaced the but stock on the Tikka T3 Tac a1 with the prs gen III?

I just finished putting a gen3 on my RPR earlier today and got the ATACR mounted as well as my suppressor. I’m hoping to take it out for a spin when the weather improves. I’ll try to post and update then.

I put one on my 338 RPR I really like it solid felling and I like the adjustability.

I haven't, but I don't think it would work well. I have a Savage Stealth with the PRS3 and even with the cheek rest all the way up, it is about 10 mm too low. I think it works well on ARs and RPRs because the bore axis is more in line with the stock mount.
