Precision Rifle Gear Magpul prs lite owners?

Just got one of these stocks, and I’m waiting on my scope to be delivered, but on a flat top rail rifle, it doesn’t look like the cheek pad has enough elevation to get you where you need to be to see through the optic comfortably

Has anyone used one of these on an AR? Is it an issue ?

There's more than enough adjustment in the cheek piece. I only had to raise mine up two notches to be perfect for my NF in a 1.44" high mount.

That’s good to hear. I put it on a tikka tac a1 and compared to the factory stock, it doesn’t adjust as high and is a bit longer, so I was worried about eye relief

same. I'm running 1.5" and no issues.

The length of the stock will not work with the Tikka Tac A1 chassis, its too long to get correct eye relief with the folding stock piece and just the way the chassis is built.

Oh well, Ill throw it in the safe and use it on another rifle sometime down the road.

I think this stock is great! Tons of adjustment. I’m running 34mm arms rings, a PRI rail riser on mine and it’s dialed in perfectly for me.

I like the stock and am holding onto it for an AR build. But wouldn’t work on the tikka

Please, Correct me if I am wrong.. but I thought the consensus was a A5 length buffer tube was the best fit.

Either will work. Just can’t use rifle length.

I love the cut out section because you can hook your support thumb over it and hold the stock to the rear bag really snug. The only thing they need to change is make the l.o.p adjustment go below the 13.8" min. I think charging handle interference with the cheek riser is why they don't though.

I have the Magpul PRS gen III for my Windham Weaponry R16SFST-308. Very comfortable to use.
