Magpul PRS sling stud

Re: Magpul PRS sling stud

I don't care for the CTK swivel stud at all because it is just a waste of space and requires permanent modification (drilling) of the rail section of your PRS.

Here is a link to CTK's site with more info:

The better option for slinging up a PRS is with these:

MGSS Magpul PRS Flush Cup Swivel Mounts

With these, all you have to do is unscrew the wide, factory sling loops (at whichever position you prefer) and bolt on the MGSS unit. Simple and effective flush cup mount for all your sling needs.

I just ordered some yesterday from Triad but won't be shipped for a few more weeks - waiting for my Atlas V8. For 5 bucks they are worth a try

That's what I use. Works well.

Re: Magpul PRS sling stud

Crashnrondo, our PRS studs simply replace one or two of the button head screws on the side of the PRS with a fastener that has a stud type head and can be used on either side.

There is no modification to the stock. BT14
