Pulled this off an AR I got in trade in favor of a PRS gen 3. Comes with everything pictured. Do not have the tool to remove the top piece but a small knife or screw driver would work for removing it (if you decided to in the future). However, as it sits, it is ready to be installed. Comes with a spacer so you can use a carbine length buffer spring or SCS.
The retaining nut is a little shiny on a couple parts from when I took it apart. Other than that, it appears to be in great shape.
