sobrbiker, man, you just reminded me of a show I saw in Amsterdam once, themed on uniforms and handcuffs (but that's a different story!) ....the guy is Lithuanian so maybe he's hung like a fire hose and was swinging it around his head like a club?

The police didn't show up uninvited, the guys girlfriend called about him being drunk. I'd venture to guess that he was being an ass and the GF wanted the police to deal with a problem she couldn't, which is about 95% of the calls for service that police get.

Same as in the States, been seen a 1000:nd times on Cops,

man is abusive and drunk, cops arrive, force is being used, man loses.
