Manners Cheek Riser and Bolt Shroud Issue

When I have the adjustable cheek riser as high as I like it, the bolt and shroud are too long and they strike the riser (it's long action that accommodates a CIP length magazine). This prevents me from fully cycling the bolt. Is it ok to grind a space in the riser or should I contact Manners about this?

Yeah just grind out what you need.

But you also can mark it and send it in to manners and they can do it for you
