Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the Manners chassis system, and if it would be better to go with that as opposed to the Badger bottom metal? Im thinking of building a rifle similar to the GA Precision Gladius in .260.

Thanks!

If I am not mistaken, Badger makes the Manners mini-chassis and it includes their (Badger) DBM bottom metal and an AI magazine.

Are you asking if the chassis is as good or better than a plain stock, bedded and/or with pillars?

Re: Manners DBM mini-chassis or Badger bottom?

chassis is a win win, yes it is made by badger so if you are going to get a manners stock you might as well get the chassis at least you won't have to worry about pillars. even if you need to bed it will only be a skim bed job.

I ordered my new stock from manners with the chassis because it is basically just 60$ or so more to get the chassis vs having it bedded. This difference is minus the mag price.

Tom totally talked me into it.
