Manner's Mini Chassis Repeatability?

I've read all the post on weather to bed or not but couldn't find anything on repeatability. I've got a couple short actions and thinking of using the stock on a couple of them.

I'm curious what kind of accuracy results y'all are getting after disassembly and reassembly of the rifle. Return to zero or within .5 to 1 moa?

I'll check for myself just haven't had time.

Thanks.

ETA - looking for results on return to zero after reassembly.

Re: Manner's Mini Chassis Repeatability?

I have had my mini chassis for about a year.

When I first received it I removed and reinstalled the barreled action about a dozen times to check repeatability. No chance to zero.

Since then I have shot many matches that have featured shitty conditions that required a cleaning after the match. Again no shift from the barreled action.

I have put my mini through a lot, and I have no reason to doubt it. It is a rock solid piece of kit.

Re: Manner's Mini Chassis Repeatability?

Its never been an issue for me. I own several Manners stocks with chassis setups and swap them all back and forth with different barreled actions. Every time i get the same accuracy with repeatablulity. They way the chassis contacts the action is what makes that happen.

Re: Manner's Mini Chassis Repeatability?

I have found the same thing. I use my rifle for F-class comps so I ended up bedding mine anyway. I wanted to try to gain any possible accuracy I could get. It didn't change a damn thing. POI didn't change at all and neither did the groups. I probably should have just left it alone. Oh well, piece of mind I guess.
