Left handed Manners PRS-1 Defiance SA cut elite shell with loaded area 419 weighted arca rail. Manners mini chassis, and 1.5lbs added in butt. It balances perfect with a 22-26" mtu barrel.

Is the 1.5 pounds of weight added in the butt stock permanent? Or is it a temporary slide in/poured in shot weight?

Permanent. I suppose you could take the buttpad off and remove the weights.
With the area 419 weights this balances very nicely, unless you are just wanting a light weight stock
