Folks,
Based on my experience the good people at Manners are producing one of the best if not the best stock out there and, in my opinion, have the best customer service.

I recently thought I had a smart idea that did not end up going as planned. The good folks at Manners didn't even blink. They told me to send the stock and barreled action in.

In a suprisingly short amount of time I had it back. I know that the quality of the product is top notch and their custom work is the same. The amount time in which they turned my work around and the cost was well beyond what I expected/deserved after my bone head mistake.

Some might say they took pity on my situation however I suspect that level of attention to detail, dedication, passion and professionalism is simply in their DNA.

+1 for the team at Manners

My TF2 was just delivered to PCR. It took longer than expected by about a month or so. I got a call from PCR saying that there was an issue with the inlet. The stock was ordered for the Defiance Bottom metal, but the inlet was too large. After a couple call to Manners it was determined that they mistakenly inletted the stock for the Seekins BDM. Manners offered to pay for the shipping to send the stock back and have it filled then inlet again. I tried to locate a Seekins DBM but they are sold out everywhere. Keith at PCR said that the stock may have a line or seam where the fill was done but that it should still look good.
Honestly I am a bit disappointed that they screwed up. However, Tom was very courteous and is doing what they can to make it right. But I may have to wait another 2 weeks for it to get done. If I could get a Whiskey 3 without a wait I would probably just send the stock back, but I'll let Manners take a crack at fixing it. I lover their stocks and their service is great but mistakes happen
Seems like I just have some horrible luck with the whole custom rifle route.
