Manners T4A vs T4A-Team

I have an order in with Manners for a T4A stock with the tactical elite carbon fiber option. What are the differences with the T4A-Team version? It looks like the Team version has a thumb shelf and the rear has a slightly different cross section with “MCS” molded in. Is there anything else that I am missing?
