I ordered a March 1-10 shorty today and the only mount I can find available is the Tier One (which looks very nice). Are there any other good options that aren't QD and are available? Any help is appreciated.

There's the OEM unimount MS0001 made by Audere, which is usually not available anywhere. DM me if you are interested in getting one.
Other than that, you will need two 30MM rings from any brand and it should fit the scope right between the turrets and the magnification ring.
