Keep in mind, a good cadence is 99% delivery. You can notice the difference between a good delivery and a crappy one simply by how the echo of the platoon sounds (in most cases). For example, in the above link you will find a cadence "There's a US Marine". It sounds crappy in the link but my senior drill instructor delivered it in such a way that would motivate the unmotivated.

+1 The best ones I've heard simply sounded like the guy was singing. Pretty cool and it stands out when your division is marching though basic. My division never got it's shit straight (tons of ASMO'd recruits) though so at the end we still marched to the basic "1 an'a 2 an'a 3 an'a 4ua" Bullshit.
