Cant make up my mind.I will put the scope on a 700 milspec 300 mag use it mostly for hunting and some lr target shooting.I am looking at 4x14x40 range.Ita about a $300 difference.Thanks for any help.

I have a couple of both models and like them both. Most dealers have the V3 on clearance due to new models are out so if you shop around you can find a good price on them. Since I found out they are not made here any more and their QC is slipping I will be looking at other options for any new glass.
