New to reloading just fls my brass. I sized 100 FGMM once fire brass they all have this mark on them. I compared the diameter of the casing to a new bullet at they were very close. Where the mark is the fls brass was .468 and new brass was .467 so it has been sized just wondering if this is normal. It doesn't look like the die went all the way to the extractor lip.

Buffy is correct - that mark on the outside is completely normal.
After several of firings, be sure to check the inside of the brass - essentially in the same area. If you start to see or feel (check with a straightened paper clip) a ring, the brass are at the end of their useful life. Continuing to fire them will result in case head separations. Most of the reloading instruction manuals discuss this situation with good detail.
