I am working on finishing a mausingfield long action build and ran into a few things thought I would point out for future reference.
1. Rear action screw provided was 1/4-28 x 3/4... after a little trial and error you need a x 5/8” or the screw is just long enough to bind the bolt.
2. The screw for grip was 1/4-28x 1”, again needs different length of at least 1 1/2” to engage threads with the angled grip adapter.
3. I actually ordered a non-extended rail but unfortunately got an extended one (working on getting this corrected) just FYI it won’t clear the tube.
