I'd love to bring some to Kenya, save for infernal ITAR!

We have a secondary base of operations. I have an office in Amsterdam where I, coincidentally, Act in Black is located. I can get some pretty impressive kit -- including the new Photonis Panos, Andres Thermals, etc -- in the EU. As long as I leave them overseas and never bring them home I can perhaps use some in Kenya.
