If I purchase a rifle from a anti full capacity magazine state (10 round mag) can I use full capacity (20-30-100 belt fed) in my non restrictive home state? This would be done through my local FFL dealer.

So it you live in a free state
You are buying a gun from a commie state
You want to know if you can use 30 round mags in a gun that comes from a 10 round limit state?

generally yes, depending on the gun, pretty much all AR and AK variants accept 30 round mags

some older HK models are modified to only accept 10 round mags

You can do whatever the state that your are in allows. If 30s are allowed in your state, you can use 30s, but if you that the rifle to a state that allows only 10s, you can use only 10s

Just something that popped into my mind while browsing gun broker.
