Oh, wait, I forgot to say "Honorable Senator."

If you can't live with feeling unnatural urges to strangle an entire class of the politically privileged without following through, don't watch the Gorsuch confirmation three-ring circus.

"WE WANT MERRICK GARLAND! WE WANT MERRICK GARLAND!" Well, you didn't get him. Live with it. You lost. Live with it, even if your DNC chair is beating sedition to within an inch of its life.

We are witnessing the failure of "internal diplomacy."

11-9, just now, even if the dried-out California windbag wants to cause a scene. It goes to the floor.

Ultimately, I think that it's going to go to the streets.

It's an embarrassing debacle of our polarized system to the detriment of "US". Enough already. Yes, to the streets. Seriously. It seems to work for all these fucked up people with no sense at all. Can't we get a reasonable pass, for once? Fuck this bullshit. Drain the god damn swamp!

Their heads will explode if Ginsberg takes a dirt nap.

This court seat is one of the only times I can recall the senate republicans having any balls.

Their heads will explode WHEN Ginseng takes a dirt nap. She ain't buying green bananas....

And Thomas is saying he wants.to retire... and now is the time. This is why Schumer will regret nuclear option. Gorbachev is a middle of the road, don't change nothing Scalia replacement.

If the next picks.are confirmed by 51.... we can put in some real originalists... young ones. And have a court set for the constitution for 40 years. That alone will be a November miracle!!

cheers. Sirhr

I think Trump will have to put a stake through her and cut her head off to get her off the court, at least in his current term. I'll assume Gorbachev was due to auto-correct.

The SCOTUS filibuster gun has but one single bullet in it...and with 3.75 years remaining in Trump's (first) term, I'm not sure Gorsuch is the hill Democrats should be willing to die on.

But I guess even pyrrhic victories are a win - right?
