Used McMillan A3-5 stock for a Remington 700 short action profile. I used Surgeon bottom metal in it. The stock has flush cups on the left side. I had a 4” picatinnny rail installed under the forehead. It has been glass bedded. This stock is used and has some dings on it. When I originally had my rifle built, the smith removed some material just forward of where the trigger would be. I have no idea why he did that and wasn’t aware of it until someone pointed it out to me. I never noticed any issues with it either. I have noted this area in the pics. Bipod and adapted does not come with the stock.
