4” rail up front
Adjustable stock spacers
Adjustable cheek piece
Not sure what action this is. I sent pics to mcmillans and they believe it’s a mark V but take a look at pics. I don’t think they inlet for these any longer

Is it possibly for a howa 1500? I know those have the front action bolt in the recoil lug. Just trying to help identify
