Gunsmithing McMillan stock weights

what would be the weight difference of a A5 be in sniper fill and sporter fill.

My guess would be about 1 to 1.5 pound of difference between them.

McMillan told me 1.5 lbs over the phone for an A-TH stock. Should be about the same.

whole stock or just the action area.

whole stock i'm looking to buy a new stock and the three choices is heavy fill or sporter fill or sniper fill.I figured sniper and heavy would be close to the same but didn't know how much lighter a sporter would be

I can call McMillan and find out just wanted to see if anyone new off the top of their head

the action inlet area adds about .75 lbs, I would assume the whole stock filled with heavy fill would add more than 1.5lbs
