McMillan Traditional Deluxe BDL Carbon Fiber Stock

Are you talking about the BDL Edge stocks for a hunting rifle?? I've not used that one, I tend to use the Classic pattern in Edge which I really like for a hunting based rifle. The Classic or the Hunters Edge are the 2 I've used most, nice stocks.
They have out a new MC3 injection molded stock that is very similar to the Game Warden stock. Injected plastic with carrbon fiber strands. Pillar bedded. Non adjustable comb or butt.
Ok, got it didn't think of the new McMillan MC3 line of stocks. And no no experience with these. They look OK, but if I'm going to spend any money on a replacement stock I'd like it to be lighter weight than the factory one, and these appear to be pretty heavy. The stock you mention weighs 45 ozs per the website. I guess I'd likely go for the McMillan Game Scout in Edge at 28-30 ozs, yes more $$$ but IMHO a better upgrade.
Weight is a big factor, I have lots of heavier rifles but I would like a custom that doesn't weigh as much. I'm getting different weights on different sites so it a little confusing. Thanks for your replies and advice. I have a friend looking into them now at the Shot Show. I guess I shouldn't have turned down the opportunity to go.
