McMillian A3

I was in a lgs yesterday and ran across a McMillian A3. It's green. It's real heavy so I assume it's sniper fill. It has an external adjustable cheek riser like you see on the A4. It is in new condition.
The guy said $700. What would it cost me to have it inlet for bottom metal and m40 barrel contour? Just trying to decide if I should grab it.
I tried to call GAP and even McMillian but I can't get anyone on the phone. I told the guy I'd let him know tomorrow.
What do you guys think?

Has it been bedded already? Does it have adjustable LOP?

It hasn't been bedded. It has the spacer set up to adjust the lop.
