Anybody have experience with MDT and how long it actually takes for an in stock item to ship? Ordered an ACC Premier chassis that did, and still does show in stock. I just called today after waiting a week and they tell me they’re waiting for part to arrive from Canada. I asked how long they expect it to take and they really don’t know but it could be soon. 
My first order and interaction with them has been less than crisp. Is this normal?
