Might be dumb question, I’ve got TIKKA T3X CTR and it’s not AICS mags.

yes AICS mags.

This one was only used on a regular t3x, but I have another identical one that I use with my CTR. No issues with feeding on that one.

AICS mags with both this one and the one I have my CTR placed in. This will not accept CTR mags, only AICS.

I had this one on a 6.5 PRC with metal MDT AICS mags and the CTR is a 6.5 CM using the polymer MDT AICS mags.
