Well today we lost another medal of honor winner. Also there will be another solider that will be receiving the medal of honor.

I met Col. Day in 2002 on a AFROTC trip to Eglin AFB.

He pulled his MoH out of his coat pocket like it was a watch, and passed it around to all the wide-eyed college kids...like me.

Great man, great hero whom I wasn't worthy to hold his coat, let alone Medal of Honor.
