Rifle Scopes medium rings ok?

I need some input on whether a EGW 20MOA 1 piece base & burris Xtreme tactical rings (medium) be okay to mount a Falcon 4-14FFP on a SA Remington 700P?

I wasn't sure if the lows would work so I bought the mediums.

Mediums work better than lows with the Falcon. Below about .9 the magnification ring can rub against the base unless you pull it real close to your eye.
