It's not what they sold for new you should be concerned about, they stopped making them due to legal action by LMT and they now demand a premium. You need to find out what that is.

Like Jason said, they are now a difficult to acquire item.
It's worth what someone is willing to pay and what you are willing to sell for.
Also remember they made two different types of monolithic upper. There is a railed upper and a smooth/modular version.

Thank you for the replies. It is the quad rail unit, new in box. I bought in new, but second hand and just want to get my money out of it but paid cash. So, trying to find a starting point. I may have paid too much or too little. Knowing me, too much.

I believe new, the monolithic upper was around $600-700 depending on length and where you got it.
I did a quick google search and it looks like there are still some new ones floating around.
A new MATEN upper runs about $330 and a Rainier Arms RA10-X11 railed forend runs $290. That is the closest "in production" equivalent.
IMHO $600 would be a good private party price for brand new condition in the box with the barrel nut and tool. If it's missing the barrel nut or tool, that would hurt the price since they are both specific to that piece.

It is all there in the box with the paper work. Thank you very much for the info. The upper is a work of art. I think I am going to be getting some Seekins uppers to match my lower. If so, I will let this go. I am still trying to find the note I made about what I paid.

Original MSRP was $654 from what I can find on websites that haven't been update to remove them. I think they usually sold for $600 to full MSRP, depending on source.

599.99 New, I've seen them on Armslist for 500-550. Try 6 If no one bites keep lowering it til someone does...
