This dude was a big time generator of violence in Jalisco, and also responsible for obtaining/supplying weapons and "monstruos"(the narco-improvised armored trucks) for CJNG..

So, what I hear you saying is, today's arraignment judge will cite him with a 'desk appearance ticket' and he'll be 'released on his own recognizance' and the case shall be forgotten about in a few days.

That, and the judge, lawyers, and police chief just each got a Christmas gift of their own personal lear-jet. Oh, and that the LEO's who did the arrest each got a raise of 3 years wages, in cash.

CJNG kidnapped/tortured a Mex Army colonel last week and it at least appears the Army is getting some payback.


Seems like they knew where Mencho's brother was this whole time, and the kidnapping was just a line too far..
