The "meth enthusiast" needs to be culled, but it hasn't any bearing on the disaster that is the "war" on drugs.

Milton Friedman and most rational conservatives are against the "war" on drugs.

It's as failed a public policy as ever created, with the possible exception of the "war" on poverty.

I say this as a non-liberal, non-treehugger and gun loving Goldwater Republican, who realizes the folly of the drug war.

I think implementing drug testing for welfare recipients should go national - there are a few states already employing it.
