Blue Water Sportsman's Association MOVING TARGET MATCH!!! July 22, 2017
Please joint us again for the Precision Rifle Division's Moving Target Match. This is the only match of this type where shooters will engage moving targets from 200 – 600 yards. For the course of fire, each shooter will engage six moving targets and two bobbing targets (8 total) from five different firing positions. The exposure for each of the moving targets is only 10 seconds, so you have to be fast on the scope. For the purpose of figuring out your holds, the targets will be moving at 3mph directly perpendicular to your muzzle. The total round count for this match is 40 rounds.
Registration for this match will start at 8:30 a.m. in the Clubhouse parking lot. A safety brief will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m., and we will start shooting at 9:30 a.m. If the weather cooperates, this match should be over around noon. Cost per shooter is $25.
