Monday after messing up my scopes vertical turret adjustment I called CSTactical and spoke to Mike. If there is a nicer more knowledgeable optics person I have yet to meet them. He took the time to walk me through the fix and try to help me understand how the scope worked. I am optics challenged but he could not have been more patient.This was truly great customer service and I will be a customer for life. Thanks Joe
