An acquaintance of mine has a line on a canister of mil-surp powder marked 3031D. The seller warned him that it was "hot." I'm familiar with IMR 3031, but what does the "D" mean? Thanks in advance.
I've been using US surplus 4895 for 12 ears and it has ben produced loads as accurate as the commerical 4895 I bought. Don't know what the D stands for. If you get it start on the low end since you been warned it's hot.
