Rifle Scopes millet 4-16x50 ring question

I have a remmy 700p. I also have burris extreme tac rings, but they are medium height. Are they what I need,or do I need low?

I use nightforce med on my factory 700 with a nightforce 50mm and have plenty of room so i would think you would fine
