Rifle Scopes Millet 4-16X56 SF and NDS-3

so, i went with the BuckGold SF instead of the Tactical for the 56mm objective. the glass is very clear and the SF works as it should. can't tell much difference out past 200m's but still good and clear. also bought one of the Laser Genetics NDS-3 and got it mounted. the mount could be a little better, moves too much under adjustment. I think for the money they should include the 30mm mount as well as the 1" mount. had to get the 30mm from SWFA and they had the best price on it. just waiting till tonight to see how well it works. here are some pics:

Nice lookin stick. It's hard to tell by the pic, but does your finger clear the the laser on your top knob, or will you leave some meat behind if you get it caught between the 2?

What other scopes did you look over?

What base and rings did you go with using the 56mm obj.

finger will clear even with gloved hand. checked it last night. i'm zeroed at 300m so I don't do much adjustment where i'm at.

overall it was the scope with best reviews. well not the exact scope but Millett in general. most were on the tactical series but I got a deal on this one and I wanted the 56mm objective. i looked at the Millett Tactical, Konus Pro, Bushnell 10X40 mil/mil, Bushnell 4200, and the Super Sniper. this scope offered the most of what I wanted and the best price. the bases are Burris XTR and the rings are Millett medium height which is perfect for my cheekweld on the B&C stock. now I have to load more ammo. shooting 155 gr Scenars and the Howa loves them.
